Job Description
- Own the end-to-end management and deliverables of specified Paid Social, Programmatic and Search campaigns from implementation to optimization, ensuring delivery to time, budget & quality standards.
- Lead social media buying across territories, ensuring all functions are optimized to achieve high levels of growth with focus on Client KPIs.
- Ensure Client KPIs, goals, and objectives are achieved by close monitoring, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns on a regular basis.
- Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spending pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return.
- Provide regular analysis, recommendations, and feedback to client teams and/or clients.
- Present regular account reviews internally as well as to clients.
- Work closely with the Client teams to recommend effective growth strategies and budgets.
- Effectively collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders.
- Adopt a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all Paid Social activities.
- Lead Social, Programmatic and Search innovation within the team, keeping abreast of market trends and developments, identifying new platforms, tech, and audiences to drive our Social, Programmatic and Search offering forward.
- Utilizing a clear test-and-learning agenda.
- Clearly communicate Social, Programmatic and Search performance and uncover growth levers, effectively documenting our strategies and approach, to drive common understanding and efficiency.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to new team members, overseeing their day-to-day work.
- Manager and supervise one or more team member(s).
- Support the team with projects and requests.
- Build budget recommendations and pitch decks.
- Oversee performance across several accounts and provide feedback to managed team members.
- Work closely with team to share learnings and to drive best practice at speed.
- Responsible for client budget management and performance monitoring.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success critical thinker and problem-solving skill.
- Experience in creating Google Data Studio dashboard is a plus.
- Experience in PowerPoint, pitch presentations, strategy decks, solution proposals.
- Excellent stakeholder management with exposure to CXOs along with department heads.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
